Food and Medical Aid for Animal Shelter Affected By Massive Floods in Hulu Langat

On Sunday, 2 January 2022, SAFM visited Meow Shelter located in Hulu Langat, Selangor. Food and medical supplies were distributed to the shelter that houses many abandoned cats and dogs.

The initiative was a collaborative effort between SAFM, SPCA Selangor, and the Malaysia Veterinary Association (MAVMA) to ease the burden of the shelter owner to feed and care for the shelter animals in the aftermath of the floods that hit the area in December 2021.

SAFM extends its gratitude to all donors and the public for their generous contribution in lending a helping hand to animal shelters such as Meow Shelter to continue the noble deed of protecting abandoned animals in Malaysia.
